Meme: 1. An element of a culture or behavior that may be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, esp. imitation. 2. An image, video, etc. that is passed electronically from one Internet user to another.
The 'what I think I do' vs 'what others think I do' meme has taken off like wildfire. Most of them are clever and humorous. There are now so many floating around I'm sure you will find one or more you can relate to.
